1. Water. The most important item on my desk, even more so than my computer is my Brita 2.3ltr water jug. It gets emptied into my belly at the rate of 1-2 jugs each day.
2. After dinner (and dessert, if I’m having any), the only thing I can have is herbal tea. Unless I’m pulling an all-nighter for an assessment, then coffee and black milky tea is allowed. I always aim to go to sleep feeling empty and to wake up hungry.
3. Move. I aim to do something active each day. Even if it’s just a short walk. Something that isn’t part of my necessary routine activities like walking to the train station, something extra.
